Privacy

Reynolds Communications LLC collects as little as it can and sells none of it.

What is collected

• When you order, the name, email, and shipping address needed to fill the order. Card numbers go directly to Payhip and are never seen or stored here.
• When you request the workbook or the preview, your email address, so the file can be delivered and so you can be told when the book releases. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• When you send a message through the contact form, whatever you put in it.
• Google Analytics 4 counts visits and pages viewed using first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_K2Q89R277Z) with anonymized IP addresses. You can decline this in the notice at the bottom of the page, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How it is used

To fill orders, deliver downloads, answer messages, and send occasional email about the book. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Payhip (payments and delivery), the email service used to send the workbook, Formspree (contact form), and Google (analytics). Each handles data under its own privacy policy and only to provide its service. Information may also be disclosed if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information held about you, or opt out of any email, by writing to contact@publishrc.com. Requests are answered within 45 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and will not be treated differently for using them. Reynolds Communications does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front; if you want it in writing, send the same email.

Children

This site is not for children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with the date. Last updated September 17, 2026.
