Orders, shipping, and returns

What you can buy here

The ebook, the free preview, and the free workbook are sold and delivered through Payhip as instant downloads. You get an email with the download link the moment the order goes through.

Print editions

Softcover, hardcover, and large print editions are available now from Barnes & Noble, Amazon, and other bookstores. See every format, price, and store link. Print orders are shipped by the store you buy from, and that store handles returns and refunds for them.

Refunds on downloads

A digital file can't be returned, so downloads aren't refundable once delivered. If a file won't open or you were charged twice, email contact@publishrc.com with your order number and it will be put right.

Payment

Payments are processed by Payhip. Card details go straight to the processor and are never stored by Reynolds Communications. Charges appear on your statement as PAYHIP or Reynolds Communications.
